Working in teams
In this video, we will see how to invite collaborators and team members to join the platform.
How to invite?
The invitation is made in the :
- Employees
- All collaborators
In this section you will find the list of people invited on your program that you can :
- Filter
- Invite new ones
Invite a new collaborator
The invitation is done with :
- The invitation button
- The choice of the working group
-The invitation is made to the person here as manager.
The role of the manager
The manager has by default the same rights as the administrator on the program. The rights at the level of:
- Setup
- Access to deposits
Connection of the employee to the program
The invited person receives an email containing an invitation which he or she must accept.
The invitee then fills in :
- Last name
- First name
- The secure password
When this is done he/she :
- Accepts the general conditions of use
- Creates his account
He logs in once the account is ready.
Login to the portal
Once on the portal, the manager has access only to the following:
- The program
- To the program's functions
The manager's email status is set to confirm, but it is possible to requalify or remove the manager from the program.
