The flexibility of Tags allows you to create as many as you want with the desired titles. The Tags allow you to:

• Qualify the files received
• Segment the files received

Creation of the tag

The tag is created in the :

• Configuration
• Tags
• Add a tag

How to put a tag on a folder?

The tag can be associated with a folder or a group of folders. Adding a tag is done with :

• Selecting the folder or folders
• Adding the tag

How do I add new tags?

Adding a new tag is done :

• Within your program
• On the Tags menu (in "Configuration")

Filters

Tags are complementary to filters. Filters allow you to sort files according to their characteristics. Filters are related to :

• Tags
• Status (in progress, finalized, awaiting validation, rejected)
• Questions (with closed choice)

The notion of display

It allows to cross display and filtering to customise the views.
